Welcome to McGregor Mountain Blog! This will be the place to soak in all thigs McGregor. We know that our return guests, even those looking forward to their first visit, check the website often and like to know what’s going on here at the lodge and in the area. Being one of the lucky few who actually get to live in this special place, I get to experience all this special corner of the Rockies has to offer…the way of life is something to be treasured in these parts. We get to wake up every morning to mountain sunrises, bull elk lounging in our yard and can hit the trails on a whim. You visit the area to taste a little of this and hope it’s enough to carry you through until the next time you can visit. We hope to add to your enjoyment of the lodge and help you get your “McGregor fix” until you can make it back (or experience McGregor for the first time)!
