TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Rates are for one or two occupants.
    Add $15 per night for each extra occupant (except infants under one year).
    This applies to all units.
  2. Check in: between 3 and 9 pm , Check out: before 11 am
  3. We only allow Dogs in cottages 2, 3, 4, 5, & 14 for $25/night per dog.
    Please see our Dog and Pet Policy.
  4. Rates include our traditional daily towel delivery. Housekeeping service is available for an additional 15% service charge.
  5. Cribs and cots are $10 per day. State and local taxes and fees are 10.7% but are subject to change.
  6. A deposit which prepays the first and last nights (or 25% of your visit if you’ll stay more than a week) will confirm your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. You can pay the deposit or finance your visit with your VISA, MasterCard, or Discover card.
  7. If your plans change, your deposit (less a $50 change/cancel fee) will be refunded if we receive notice 30 days before your scheduled arrival or if we fill the vacancy without loss. Sorry, no refunds for early departures & all reservations are non-cancellable within 7 days of arrival.
  8. SPECIAL, WEEKEND AND WEEKLY rates are available only to guests making reservations directly with the lodge.

SEASONAL INFORMATION

  1. SUMMER rates apply June 10 – August 20, 2011. Summer specials apply to visits of 5 or more nights.
  2. FALL rates apply August 21 – October 22, 2011 (excludes Labor Day weekend and Scottish Highland Festival.) Fall specials apply to a visit of 3 or more nights. Weekly rates apply to visits of 7 or more nights.
  3. WINTER rates apply January 2 – May 12, 2011 and October 23 – December 22, 2011 (Excludes Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year’s). Winter weekend rates apply to two-night visits. Winter special rates apply to visits of three or more nights.
  4. SPRING rates apply May 13 – June 9, 2011 (excludes memorial weekend). Spring special rates apply to a visit of 3 or more nights. Weekly rates apply to visits of 7 or more nights.
  5. HOLIDAY rates are the same as Spring/Fall “Daily” rates, and apply to Memorial weekend (5/27 – 29), Labor Day (9/2 – 9/4), Scottish Festival (9/8 – 10), Thanksgiving (11/23 – 26), Christmas/New Years (12/23/2011 – 1/1/2012).
