Groups

McGregor Mountain Lodge is a great spot for small reunions, corporate retreats, anniversaries, relaxing retreats, writing, photography, or crafting workshops, or adventuresome group getaways. We’ll happily accommodate your group of up to 20 people in a combination of one and two bedroom cabins. Please call for details.

Come escape to the Rockies at one of Estes Park’s premier cabin retreats. If needing space for larger group retreats, check out the options at our sister property Castle Mountain Lodge.   All cabins feature fully equipped kitchens, wood burning fireplaces, and private patios with BBQ grills. We can comfortably accommodate outdoor cook-outs in our picnic area that features a covered picnic shelter.   Gas grill can be arranged to simplify cooking. Gather the friends and family around our outdoor fire pit.  

Group Booking Policies 

For guests reserving 3 or more cabins and rooms, the deposit will be either 50% of the grand total, or first and last night’s rent—whichever is greater. The remaining balance will be due 90 days (3 months) prior to the of arrival of the first guests. If booking within 90 days of the check in date, the full amount will be due at the time of booking.

Prior to the 90 day mark guests may change or cancel cabins ($100 cancel/change fee per cabin). Within the 90 day window all reserved cabins and spaces become the full responsibility of the group (non-changeable, non-refundable). During the summer/autumn and holiday seasons, there is a four night minimum stay requirement for all groups. Weekly discounts are available!

Guests booking six or more cabins may utilize the outdoor covered picnic shelter and tables, with seating for up to 35 people, at no charge. For groups of 5 or fewer cabins, the picnic area may be reserved for $500 per use during your stay. Please make arrangements at time of booking.
